River Cothi

Flood Alert

A widespread area of rain is currently affecting the area. The rainfall is forecast to be prolonged through today, Thursday the 20th of September. Heavy rain is expected at times later. This rain is forecast to become more broken this evening, with the prolonged rainfall eventually clearing to leave more scattered showers during the early hours of Friday morning. The combination of ground conditions, existing river levels and forecast rainfall quantities gives a high risk of flooding of low-lying land this from Thursday afternoon through to Friday morning.

This information last updated 12:46pm, Thursday 20th September.
