River levels are rising on the Upper Dorset Frome, Hooke River due to heavy rainfall.
Flooding is forecast to affect locations near the Upper Dorset Frome, Hooke River, with low lying land expected to be most affected, particularly around Dorchester Road and Frome Lane area of Maiden Newton.
Further rainfall is forecast this evening.
We will continue to monitor the forecast and re-issue this alert/warning if necessary.
